The formative study on the Accountability Framework Implementation for Routine Immunization (AFRIN) by IVAC/John Hopkins University – Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation was aimed at assessing accountability mechanisms to inform the implementation of AFRIN. It was conducted in Niger State from October to December 2013.
